This is my new digital Camara, my wife gave it to me on my birthday, I´d like to tell you a little more about it.

With this digital camara I am able to take great pictures such if I were a professional Photographer, it has many options, for example, it can be used for connecting to computers and color TV, also to download high quality pictures, to save 1.500 500x455 pictures in internal memory with an incoming external memory device and USB port.

1. Increase salary in 50%
   
2. Have transportation for the workers

3. Get diminish the working day tosix

4. Bonus for production time.
5. To have more benefits

the Employer propose

1. Decrease salary in 50%
2. Eliminate production bonus,
   and loan for the employees.
3. Increase the working day to
   ten (10) hours, No extra times.
4. Eliminate the Feeding Bouns payment.
5. 03 monhts contracts.

The complaining about this proposal last over a week, they finally got an agreetment for both of the sides and here they are:

1.Accomplish with the schedule established for the labor law.
2.Give the law benefits.
3.Pay the minimun salary established for the goverment according to each profession.

Workers are concern because they lost some of the benefits they used to have before which they were higher established for the law

Have you ever eaten Seafood Paella?

Have you ever eaten Seafood Paella? Well, today we are going to let you know how to cook it!

First we need to get all this ready:

1. Meat Pig
2. Onion
3. Garlic
4. Tomatoes
5. Cábanos
6. Olive oil
7. Rice
8. Azafrán or cúrcuma
9. Shrimp
10. Lobster
11. Hood of Calamary
12. Crab
13. Beans White wine
    

Now, let´s go to work

-2 olive oil spoons
-½ pound of Pig, cut it.
-2 small onions
-2 garlics, mashed
-2 small tomateos.
-2 cábanos in slices
-2 additional olive oil
-3 cups of grain rice
-2 cup of water
-1 cup of white wine
-¼ little spoon of azafrán or cúrcuma
-1 pound of shrimp
-1 pound of clam
-2 hoods of calamary
-1 can of crab meat cangrejo
-½ cup of beans

Preparation:

- First: Put in a Hot oiled frying pan the Pig, onion, garlic, tomatoe and the Cabanoes. Once you have done it, let it Fry for 05 minutes or til you notice that the Pig meat is already well done.

- Then: Get warm the aditional oil, add the rice, if you you haven´t cooked it is better, move it for about 01 minute. Put some water and wine and cover it tight.

- Next: put it in slow boiling; mix a Cez. If you didn´t get low the fire to cook the rice remember you must do it, let it cook it in low for about 10 minutes, until all the liquids have been absorbed and the rice gets soft.

- Finally: add the azafrán, the seafood and the beans, let cook it in low during 5 minutes, mix them from time to time. Turn them back to the frying pan and mix them all in low.

IMPROVEMENTS

I wish I could get a better house, the one I´m living is not big enough for us to live, we need some more spaces; and the rent is too expensive, my friend Caroline took me to this other house and it´s almost as cheap as the last apartment we used to live, there are enough windows all over the house.


Our house is really small, it is not as modern as other many houses in the neightbordhood, my wife and I think the rents are very high, that´s why we started to look for another house.

The one we are living in it has only one small bathroom which is not enough for my big family

In the other one there are two bathrooms big enough and really beautiful.

I Really wish our bedrooms were bigger and more confrotable, with enough light from the outdoor

Our kitchen is too small and there isn´t enough space to move on.

I´d like a big one with plenty of cabinets and some more windows

I reallly do hope you agree with me in the fact we need to get an improvement in our house.

WE ALSO CONGRATULATE YOU FOR THE WONDERFULL NEW FACE YOU GAVE TO THE CITY HALL LOCATED IN BELLA VISTA AVENUE WHERE WE CAN APPRECIATE THE ANTIQUE STRUCTURE OF THE HOUSE; WE COULDN´T HAVE THIS CHANCE BEFORE AND THIS IS A LOCAL ICON IN OUR CITY.

MR. MAYOR HERE IS MY CONCERN LAST JANUARY 20th 2008 I HAD AN ACCIDENT IN A VERY IMPORTANT WAY HERE IN MARACAIBO AT NIGHT, ABOUT 8.00 PM; I DROVE MY CAR WHEN SUDDENLY I FELT A HARD AND NOISY HIT ON MY CAR THAT I COULDN´T KEEP GOING

You will notice my concern due to being a main avenue there is not lighting warning advice that prevent about this Hole that city hall made in order to solve a leak there in the City hall.

I´m just asking you to fix my car that it is the most important as soon as posible; it is on your hand so you are the one who have the last word

I feel in charge to go with you asking for help to repair my vehicle; and get an agreetment without needing any legal procedures for injures and damages.


Mr. Mayor, I´m sending you a picture of my car after the accident, for you to think it better.

Here you can see the car, many parts were terrible damaged, the car suffered a lot; please I expect your call as soon as possible.
