Have you ever eaten Seafood Paella?


Have you ever eaten Seafood Paella? Well, today we are going to let you know how to cook it!

First we need to get all this ready:
  1. Meat Pig
  2. Onion
  3. Garlic
  4. Tomatoes
  5. Cábanos
  6. Olive oil
  7. Rice
  8. Azafrán or cúrcuma
  9. Shrimp
  10. Lobster
  11. Hood of Calamary
  12. Crab
  13. Beans White wine


Now, let´s go to work


-2 olive oil spoons
-½ pound of Pig, cut it.
-2 small onions
-2 garlics, mashed
-2 small tomateos.
-2 cábanos in slices
-2 additional olive oil
-3 cups of grain rice
-2 cup of water
-1 cup of white wine
-¼ little spoon of azafrán or cúrcuma
-1 pound of shrimp
-1 pound of clam
-2 hoods of calamary
-1 can of crab meat cangrejo
-½ cup of beans

Preparation:


- First: Put in a Hot oiled frying pan the Pig, onion, garlic, tomatoe and the Cabanoes. Once you have done it, let it Fry for 05 minutes or til you notice that the Pig meat is already well done.

- Then: Get warm the aditional oil, add the rice, if you you haven´t cooked it is better, move it for about 01 minute. Put some water and wine and cover it tight.

- Next: put it in slow boiling; mix a Cez. If you didn´t get low the fire to cook the rice remember you must do it, let it cook it in low for about 10 minutes, until all the liquids have been absorbed and the rice gets soft.

- Finally: add the azafrán, the seafood and the beans, let cook it in low during 5 minutes, mix them from time to time. Turn them back to the frying pan and mix them all in low.
